Xenia Galizki (MIB)
Xenia Galizki is a passionate export and sales specialist. She has been working in the furniture industry since 1996. Over the years she has acquired extensive know-how and numerous contacts, especially in the upmarket segment. Parallel to her studies as Executive Master of International Business (MIB) at the University of Salzburg, she built up sales in the new federal states of eastern Germany and Bavaria for Hjellegjerde Europe. Moreover, she trained the sales staff of the partners for Hülsta in Austria, was Export Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Dunlopillo, and looked after the brands of the de Sede AG from Switzerland (Machalke, Frank Sitzmöbel, de Sede, Team by Wellis) as Export Manager for Russia/CEE. In 2016 she started her career with Galizki & Partner.
Xenia Galizki was born in Kazakhstan and graduated from high school in Germany. German and Russian are her two mother tongues and she is very familiar with both cultures. At the moment she lives in Öhringen, Baden-Württemberg. She is very well structured, has clear goals and a large network with good contacts. A healthy and active lifestyle is important to her: in addition to her professional activities, this includes travelling, varied further training, and sports. She is also the mother of two boys.

Dr. Ingo Sahm
Ingo Sahm has in depth experience as a process- and project manager and worked for various companies from software development to pharmaceutical industry. Most recently he worked for three years in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ingo is highly analytical, result-driven with a hands-on approach for every upcoming challenge to solve. He manages all stakeholders and details while keeping the big picture and the results in mind.
Ingo is born in the south of Germany near Stuttgart. Before his career in the industry he made a PhD in philosophy and worked at the University of Heidelberg as an Assistant Professor. Currently, he participates in a part time MBA at Heriot Watt University Edinburgh. In his freetime he takes care of his little son as often as possible. And he likes to build his wooden furniture by himself. Respect, commitment and professionalism are is values.

Dr. Hans-Jörg Weber
Our advisor Hans-Jörg Weber is Programme Director at Steinbeis University Berlin, where he is responsible for managing and teaching the Bachelors program in Tourism & Leisure. In his preceding position at Steinbeis as Director of International Relations, he has been entrusted with the task of building a strong student network, and partnerships with overseas universities.
During his time in international companies, universities, and a professional association, Hans-Jörg Weber gained a valuable insight and expertise in the fields of the leisure market, and association management, as well as relationship management skills. As Head of Consulting at CourtTech, he was responsible for business development in the leisure industry, public relations and product development. Before that, he served as the Vice President of a professional Yoga Association in Germany, where he was responsible for developing strategic alliances and partnerships, developing programmes for teacher trainings as well as operational management of the 4300 members of the association. As a research associate at the University of Kiel and University of Freiburg, Hans-Jörg Weber did empirical research in the field of social science, with the focus on city branding and tourism analysis and earned his doctoral title from the University of Freiburg. His research results revealed the tourist’s mind and the secrets of city branding.
Hans-Jörg Weber is married and has a daughter. In his spare time he is a passionate photographer.
